ALL SPORTS ("we", "our", "us") provides digital subscription services offering real-time overseas sports media intelligence, live match fixtures, and AI-curated previews across global sports leagues in 12+ languages.
2. 7-Day Unused Refund Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you have purchased a Premium Pass (Monthly or Annual) and have not utilized the service, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Full Refund: If requested within 7 calendar days of initial purchase and no premium features or exclusive articles were accessed.
Technical Defects or Double Charge: In cases of accidental duplicate charges or server outages preventing service access, a 100% refund is provided immediately.
โป Digital Content Note: Under applicable electronic commerce laws, once premium articles have been accessed or consumed after purchase, partial or full refunds for the current billing cycle may be restricted.
3. Subscription Cancellation Anytime
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time without any cancellation fees or penalties.
How to Cancel: Click "Cancel Subscription" in the Profile / Subscription menu in the app or website, or email our support team.
Access Retention: Upon cancellation, your Premium benefits remain active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please provide your account details to our customer support team:
Required Information: Registered account email, payment date, and transaction/order ID.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 3 to 5 business days.
